Questions before you book

What is Torchrunner?

Torchrunner is the business harness for people who do high-value work on their own or with a small team: fractional CFOs and COOs, consultants, and solo operators. Clients, engagements, mail, calls, meetings, documents, e-signatures, books, a client portal, automations and AI agents work in one place.

What does it cost?

Torchrunner starts at $199 a month with your first engagement included, then $99 per additional engagement and $79 per additional seat. Month to month.

What happens on the teardown call?

Twenty minutes with the founder. We list the tools you use, what they cost and what they do, and show what one record would replace. You keep the list either way.

What is runnerID?

runnerID by Torchrunner logs your AI agent into websites, catches the verification code, keeps the session, and asks you before anything risky. Your agent never sees a password.

Is Torchrunner part of Intuit?

No. Torchrunner is an independent company. We will be in Las Vegas for Intuit Connect 2026 and are glad to meet attendees there or by call.
