Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including the agents and automations you set up. It gives examples, and it is not a complete list.

Law and the rights of others

• Do not break the law or help anyone else do so, including laws on privacy, consumer protection, finance, sanctions and export.
• Do not infringe or misappropriate anyone’s intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy.
• Do not upload data you have no right to use, or information about people you were not allowed to collect.
• Do not use the Service to give regulated advice or services you are not licensed to give.

Harm and abuse

• No fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceiving people about who you are or what you are offering.
• No harassment, threats, hate, or content that sexualizes minors or exploits anyone.
• No malware, and no content that is unlawful or that you have reason to believe will cause serious harm.

Email, texting and calling

• Contact only people who have agreed to hear from you, or where the law allows it, and identify yourself.
• Include a working opt-out and honor it immediately. Text messaging over our phone service is not currently available. If we make texting available, you must promptly honor opt-out requests, including STOP, using the tools and process we then provide.
• No unsolicited bulk or deceptive messages, no purchased or scraped lists, and no use of the Service to send spam from other systems.
• Do not spread traffic across numbers, domains or accounts to avoid filters or carrier rules, and follow carrier and platform registration requirements.
• Follow the laws on recording calls and meetings, and give the notices and get the consents they require.
• Do not use the phone service for emergency calls or to harass, robocall or spoof caller identity.

Keeping the Service safe

• No attempts to access another organization’s data, defeat access controls, or probe, scan or test the Service without our written permission.
• No denial-of-service activity, load testing without permission, or use that threatens the Service for others.
• No reverse engineering where the law lets us forbid it, and no scraping the Service or using it to build a competing product.
• Keep your login private and do not share accounts. Do not circumvent usage limits or billing.

AI and automation

• You are responsible for what agents and automations you set up do. Review AI output before you rely on it.
• Do not let AI make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without qualified human review.
• Do not claim AI output is human work or holds professional credentials where that would mislead.
• Do not try to get around safeguards or approval steps, extract our models or prompts, or use outputs to train a competing model.
• Do not use agents to create accounts in bulk or to carry out activity that breaks the law or another site’s rules.

Credentials and agent logins

• Store and use only credentials you are authorized to use, for accounts you own or control.
• Do not buy, sell, trade or share credentials, and do not store other people’s credentials without their permission.
• Do not use runnerID or an agent to solve or bypass CAPTCHAs or bot detection, to evade a site’s security, or to impersonate a person.
• Confirm that the sites you point an agent at allow automated access, and limit agents to the sites and actions they need.
• Rotate and revoke credentials when people or needs change.

Other platforms’ rules

When you connect Google, Microsoft, Intuit, Stripe, Slack, a messaging platform or another service, you must follow its terms and developer policies. We may disable an integration that breaks them.

Reporting a problem

Tell us about abuse, a security problem or content that breaks this policy at support@torchrunner.ai and put “abuse” or “security” in the subject. For legal notices, write to legal@torchrunner.ai. Please include what you saw and where. Do not test our systems for weaknesses without permission, and give us reasonable time to fix a problem before you share it.

What we may do

If we believe you have broken this policy, we may warn you, remove content, limit or suspend a feature, a number, an agent or your account, and tell the people or authorities the law lets us tell. We will keep any limit to what is needed, explain it where practical, and consider a reply from you. We may act at once where there is a risk to people or to the Service. Where the law requires, we will preserve evidence and report illegal content.
