Our websites, torchrunner.ai and runnerid.torchrunner.ai, set no cookies. The signed-in app uses a few cookies to keep you signed in and to remember how you like it set up. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through.
What cookies and similar tools are
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as local storage and cached files, do the same kind of job. They remember who you are signed in as and how you set things up.
Our website
The pages at torchrunner.ai and runnerid.torchrunner.ai, including the request-access, waitlist and playbook forms, set no cookies. The one exception is the careers application form, which may save your draft answers in your browser’s local storage on your device, under a key that starts with tr-hire-. You can clear this in your browser settings. We run no analytics on the website.
The signed-in app
These cookies are set after you sign in to the Torchrunner app or open the client portal.

The sign-in, return and portal cookies are strictly necessary to provide the Service you asked for. The theme and start-screen cookies are preferences.
Browser storage
The app also stores interface settings on your device, such as which panels are open, your selected AI model, column choices, and drafts and prompts you have not sent yet, so they are still there when you come back. The capture tool keeps an offline queue and a small cache on your device so it works without a connection. This stays on your device, and you can clear it in your browser.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, social media pixels or third-party analytics. We do not sell or share your information for advertising. Because we use no advertising or analytics cookies, we do not show a cookie banner today. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, or where the law requires consent for a preference cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in to the app. Browser settings such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track do not change anything for our website, because it sets no cookies and tracks nothing.
