What the base includes
The $199 base is the whole operating spine: CRM and pipeline, inbox, projects and tasks, documents, books, calendar, client portal, Runners, and the AI system. It is not a starter tier that upsells the useful parts later. The point of the product is that the business runs in one place, so the base is the business.
