What counts, and what does not
An engagement is one client you do ongoing work for. It has its own records, its own books connection, its own client portal and its own runnerID identity, so one client's work never mixes with another's.
Your own practice is an engagement too, and it is the one included in the $199. A solo with no clients yet pays $199. The first client engagement adds $99 a month, and so does each one after it.
Leads, contacts and companies in your CRM do not count, however many you keep. Only engagements you have open count.
A seat is a person on your team who works in Torchrunner: owners, admins and members. The first seat is included, and each extra seat is $79 a month.
Viewers, people who only need to look, do not take a seat. Neither do your clients: invite as many as you like to their portal, at $0.
There is one plan. CRM, the inbox for your Gmail and Outlook accounts and client chats, your business phone line, calendar and booking pages, meetings and transcripts, projects and tasks, documents and the knowledge base, your own books, marketing, the client portal, Runners, the desktop bridge and the mobile app are in every workspace. Nothing is held back for a higher plan.
runnerID by Torchrunner signs your AI agents in to websites, catches the verification code, keeps the session and asks you before anything risky. The agent never sees a password. Torchrunner includes one runnerID identity per engagement, so each client's logins stay separate.
About runnerID →Archie is included and runs on our model. If you already pay for Claude, Codex, Cursor, Perplexity or Gemini, connect it through the desktop bridge, or add your own API key. That use is billed by your provider, on your account with them, not by us.
What your AI can do in Torchrunner →Cancel any time. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for. Then the workspace pauses and your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it.
Your records, and everything Torchrunner produces from them, such as drafts, summaries, reports and answers, belong to you. You can export them whenever you want and take them with you.
Your data is yours. We never use your content to train AI models: not your records, documents, emails, passwords or codes, and not what your agents read or type on the sites they visit. We do learn from how tasks get done, such as the steps a site's sign-in takes or where it asks for a code, with your content and personal details removed, so agents get better at the work. We never sell it or share it for anyone else to train on.

What counts as an engagement?
One client you do ongoing work for, with its own records, books connection, portal and runnerID identity. Your own practice is the engagement included in the base price. Leads and contacts do not count.
What counts as a seat?
A person who works in Torchrunner: an owner, admin or member. Viewers and your clients in the portal do not take a seat and are $0.
Do my clients pay to use the portal?
No. Client portal users are $0, as many as you invite.
Is Archie included?
Yes. Archie and the nine specialists are in every workspace, on our model.
Can I use my own AI?
Yes. Connect Claude, Codex, Cursor, Perplexity or Gemini through the desktop bridge, or add your own API key. Your provider bills you for that use directly.
Is runnerID extra?
No. runnerID by Torchrunner is included, with one identity per engagement.
Is there a contract?
No. Torchrunner is month to month and you can cancel any time.
What happens when I cancel?
