What does Clark do?
Clark gets the deal on paper. Agreements are filled from your templates and the deal, sent for e-signature when you say so, and tracked until everyone has signed. If one sits unsigned for three days, Clark drafts the nudge. Clark also keeps your policies and the compliance dates you enter. Clark is not a lawyer and will tell you when to call one.
Does Clark act without me?
A runner uses a skill when you ask. It runs on its own only through a Playbook you switch on. Every run is logged, including its start, steps, result and anything it waited on you for.
