What does Tess do?
Tess runs the work for each client after they sign. The engagement starts from the signed agreement with the contact carried over, the client gets a portal, and the deliverables and meetings stay together on the client's record. If your firm keeps books for its clients, Tess runs those too, with 14 finance procedures from bank reconciliation to month-end close. When the work is ready to bill, Tess hands it to Cora.
Does Tess act without me?
A runner uses a skill when you ask. It runs on its own only through a Playbook you switch on. Every run is logged, including its start, steps, result and anything it waited on you for.
