Knowledge Base

What it is for

Knowledge Base holds what you know, as opposed to the files you keep: quick notes, the pages your team treats as the way things are done, and Areas, the parts of your work everything else can be filed under.

How to

Take a note

Open Knowledge Base > Knowledge Base > Notes and click New. Press N anywhere in the app to start a note without leaving the page.

Start from a template

With Archie on, New offers a Blank note, an SOP, a Client onboarding checklist or a Meeting notes template.

Read the knowledge base

Knowledge Base > Knowledge Base > Knowledge Base shows the pages your workspace keeps, as a Page, a Graph of how they link, or a List.

Organize by Area

Knowledge Base > Knowledge Base > Areas lists your Areas. Open one to see everything filed under it.

Good to know

• Archie reads the knowledge base when it answers, so a page written here improves its answers.
