Runners

Archie, your Executive Team, and the automations that do your repeatable work.

What it is for

Runners is where the work that runs by itself lives. Archie is the assistant you talk to. The Executive Team are the executives that each own an area of the work. A runner is an automation one of them runs for you.

How to

Tune Archie

Open Runners > Archie. Runners > Archie > Archie holds its preferences and saves as you go. Runners > Archie > Memory shows what it remembers (owners and admins), and Runners > Archie > Skills what it knows how to do.

Start an automation

Click New automation, then From a template or Build from scratch. From scratch, describe the task in a sentence, click Ask Archie to read it, and create it.

Install a template

Open Runners > Templates, pick one, install it, then tune it to how you work.

Check what ran

Runners > Run History shows the 50 newest runs. Use Failed and Running to find the ones that need you, and open a run to see its steps.

Give an automation a login

Runners > Vault keeps the saved logins your automations use to sign in to client systems.

Good to know

  • Each executive on Runners > Executive Team has its own page with the automations it runs.
  • To use your workspace from Claude, ChatGPT or another AI tool, set it up in Settings > Integrations.
