Settings

Your profile, your workspace, your plan, your integrations, and each module's own settings.

What it is for

Settings is one page with one rail, in three groups: My account is what you set for yourself, Workspace is what an owner or an admin sets for everyone, and Modules is each module's own settings.

How to

Set up your profile

Settings > Profile, Settings > Notifications and Settings > Appearance are yours alone. Settings > Shortcuts lists every keyboard shortcut.

Invite your team

Open Settings > Team and invite people by email. Viewers and client portal users do not take a paid seat.

Change your plan

Settings > Billing shows your plan, your seats and engagements, and what you pay each month.

Connect your tools

Settings > Integrations has a card for every tool Torchrunner connects to, grouped by what it does. Click Connect on a card, or Manage once it is connected.

Shape your records

Settings > Fields sets the fields and layouts on leads, contacts, companies and engagements.

Keep it secure

Settings > Security and Settings > Data and privacy hold sign-in and data controls. Settings > API keys issues keys for your own scripts.

Good to know

  • Settings > Organization holds your company profile and the client portal.
  • Some module settings open on their own page, such as Email or Books: the Modules group takes you there.

  • Stripe: Payments and payouts, and your bank feed through Stripe.

Communication

Team chat, messaging channels and your phone line.

  • Slack: Read and answer your Slack channels in Chat.
  • LinkedIn: LinkedIn messages in Chat, beside the rest of your threads.
  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp chats in Chat, beside the rest of your threads.
